- Transaction history via third-party services (especially PayPal)

- Browser or device language
- Date and time of the request

- Cookies required for technical operation of the Services
- Customization and audience measurement cookies
- Similar technologies enhancing user experience

- Google LLC, GitHub Inc., Meta Platforms Inc. (authentication)
- Technical or hosting providers
- Financial institutions, regulatory authorities, legal professionals
The AI providers mentioned do not use the data to train their models via the Enterprise API.
6. Data Transfer Outside the European Union
Data may be transferred outside the EU, particularly to the United States.
- Transfers governed by standard contractual clauses of the European Commission
- Involved parties: authorized staff, financial institutions, regulatory authorities
A data protection agreement is signed with each provider.
7. Data Retention Period
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the intended purposes, plus legal time limits.
- Account data: duration of use + 1 year
- Payment data: 10 years (accounting regulations)
- Technical logs: 1 year
- Cookies: duration varies based on their purpose
